Monday! You Know What That Means...

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

I really struggled with a menu this week. We did pretty good up until Thursday last week when I kind of threw my plan out the window! So this week, I am planning easy stuff, stuff I won't have to fight with my oldest to get him to eat. I have been UBER stressed these last couple of weeks, so I need easy and simple. Here we go!

Sunday: Cheese Tortellini with Marinara with Sausage, Garlic Bread
Monday: Slow Cooker Tamale Casserole, didn't get to this last week
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner, either pancakes or French Toast
Wednesday: Quesadilla Chicken for me and my youngest, Cheese for my oldest
Thursday: Spaghetti
Friday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup
Saturday: Pizza probably homemade

Be sure to stop by Laura's
for more great menu plans, I get lots of ideas there! I know you will too!!

Posh Mamma - Thanks for wishing us a Happy Anniversary. We're not doing anything special. Just staying for a homecooked meal courtesy of our teen.
You have some yummy recipe choices. I especially love Cheese Tortellini with Marinara Sauce.

I love breakfast for dinner. we usually have it once a week. I also hear you about getting the child to eat. :) We usually have a different meal for our 2 year old.

Oh wow - either your menu sounds incredibly yummy, or I'm just hungry! I think it's a bit of both! We're having dinner late tonight since hubby is grilling, and he's got to finish some other stuff first.
And yep, the hotsauce/guy thing (rolling eyes here!) hubby and son think they have to add it or pepper flakes to just about everything! Glad I'm not the only one with those kind of males in the house!

Great menu this week. I'll be sure to let ya know how the corn dog muffins turn out. :o) I fixed a corndog casserole a few years back (I believe it even had torn hotdog buns in it) and we didn't like it either. Ick!

This all looks really good, and some of my most favorite foods are on here - breakfast for dinner, quesadillas, spaghetti and even the revered classic in our house, grilled cheese and tomato soup. Sounds like a banner week of meals at your house :) Hope you guys have a wonderful week!!!
