MPM
Things will be simple this week as this is the first week of dh being out on his ship. And probably we will be eating a LOT of ham! But the boys like it so we can burn them out on it until next Easter! Oh, the Pizza Pancakes were a HUGE hit, and the Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken was so YUMMY! I never expect my 3yr old to eat anything new, he tasted it but that was enough for him, so I just put regular sauce on his noodles. But Dh loved it more than the Pizza Pancakes and my 2 yr old had seconds! It was easy to make and made great leftovers! Even tasty on tortellini which I picked up at Costco this past week!
Sunday: Hotdog Pillows (Semi-homemade w/Sandra Lee cookbook)
Monday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup
Tuesday: Ham and Cheese Omelets
Wednesday: Spaghetti
Thursday: Pizza pancakes
Friday: Ham, rice, salad for me peas and corn for the boys
Saturday: Sitter coming, so probably order a pizza
Not very exciting, and I am not going to try any new recipes this week I think. I have a lot going on, meeting with clients and Drs Appt. So we are taking it easy!

A good menu plan! I have seen the Pizza Pancakes somewhere else, and will have to go find the recipe!
Your blog is really cute, love the colors.
Your menu doesn't sound simple, it sounds really good to me! We love tomato soup and grilled cheese, and we eat breakfast for dinner a lot. Whenever we have ham, we always have ham and cheese omelettes, they are so good! So, I'd like to come over that night and the night you get pizza, LOL!
Have a wonderful week and hope all goes well with your DH's deployment. :)
Your menu looks great! Hot dog pillows sound good.
Blessings~

My Life as Annie!
I love Sara Lee! I'll have to do a search for the hot dog pillows. That sounds interesting. I'm trying the pizza pancakes sometime next week!
Kids are such a surprise. I remember when our son decided that he wanted to expand his taste buds. We were thrilled.
Terrific recipe picks for this week's menu plan. I gotta get back to my laundry.
I've never heard of pizza pancakes. Sounds interesting.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
It's always encouraging to meet other military families!

with my boys now being 12 and 15, hubby being away makes very little difference to what we eat around here.
Hi! Thanks for comment on my Monday Menu (and sorry it's taken me forever to come visit). I love your blog colors. :) By the way, you asked me for my slow-cooker tamale recipe and it's on my site for you. :) Thanks for asking!
